I needed to send flowers to my aunt at Yale New Haven Hospital and did a search for local florists. Any Occasion Creation came up with great reviews so I called...I'm so glad I did! I spoke with Carrien, the owner, to help me create an arrangement. She was extremely accommodating and helpful, as I needed flowers that were not fragrant due to sensitivities of the recipient. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone and asked questions and made suggestions to help customize the arrangement. I never felt rushed, although I'm sure she was busy. I did not get to see the final product, my aunt said the flowers were absolutely beautiful, which she received the very next day. I highly recommend supporting this local florist - you will not be disappointed with the quality of the product , the customer service, or the price (which I thought was very reasonable). They were great! Very user-friendly website with lots of options. The flowers were beautiful and were delivered right on time. My partner loves how the room is full of their fresh aroma! A+ 10/10

The flowers were gorgeous and perfect for a family member’s 85th birthday! The florist was helpful and patient as I was needing advice on what to select over the phone. Delivery went well too.
