Arrangement Nothing like the picture, clearly flowers missing from arrangenent. Like bald spots. $60 wasted
I ordered flowers for funeral from FTD. They used TJ Flower, the display that arrived was nothing like web site photo. Called them to pick up and return, woman had an attitude about the product she made. I would never use these people again.
Terrible customer service. Called multiple times to be hung up on and then finally when someone did speak they had an attitude and wouldn't take my order. I guess they must be so amazing that they dont need my business. Spend your money somewhere else. If I could I would give them ZERO stars!
