The staff here were fabulous! We weren't sure at the time how treatment would work for our sick dog but between them and his primary vet we were able to get a treatment plan in place, even if that meant some hospital time. Thank you all for making Cooper feel as comfortable as he could (even if all he wanted was snuggles) and for the updates throughout his stay :)

They took great care of our Gemini. Hopefully we won't need to go back but if ever in another scenario needing emergency vet service we wouldn't hesitate to go here. The staff and doctors were all great to deal with and kept us up-to-date on our kitty during the process of her care. Thank you Sentinel vet!

My 5 month old kitten, Monte, suddenly became very sick in the midst of waiting to see a specialist. The care, information, and compassion that Sentinel Vet provided me with was great. We had to make hard decisions that night, but Sentinel Vet made my pet and I feel so prioritized through it all.

Our dog’s care was nothing short of a disappointment from start to finish. We brought him to you on Thursday night to continue IV fluids, IV antibiotics, and pain medication. The estimate I was given over the phone versus the estimate my husband signed for when he got there was over $1000.00 different. I was later told that we were probably just given an estimate for the wrong patient. That is scary. When my dog arrived, the plan that was discussed between his PCP and the ER vet was that he would stay over night and then return to his PCP in the morning. When I spoke with the vet on Thursday around 7p.m. I was told that “things were not looking good.” Friday morning, my husband went to bring him back to his PCP and his IV had been removed and he was instructed to take him home because he was “doing much better and seemed to have drastically improved.” I was out of town, so I was completely unaware that he was told to take him home until I received a text from his PCP asking where he was. I called and found out that my husband was instructed to take him home. When he got him back to his PCP, my dog was so lethargic he could barely stand on his own. Long story short, we took him home that evening and he passed away at home. By time I got home that night he could barely even lift his head, was barely breathing, and was cold to the touch. I will never be able to fully express my amount of frustration at the lack of quality of care and communication that went into our family member at your clinic. Roper was only 7 years old and was in because he was vomiting, lethargic, and had some abnormalities in his labs. He passed away not even twelve hours after being told that he had made a great improvement and could just go home.

Love this practice. I had to take my beloved dog Bailey in for treatment for a rattlesnake bite and they were terrific with her. They are kind, clear with instructions for home and obviously love pets. I highly recommend Sentinel.
