The worst customer service ever. I ordered from the store on a Monday they shipped my order to another store. I wanted to cancel the order on Tuesday and had to go through the other store. That store said Madison store had to refund my money. This was on Feb 11th 2020 that I cancelled the order. The Madison store said they had to put it under review for what reason I have no Idea, it is Feb 25th that I write this review with no refund as of yet. I am dealing with the corporate office in Atlanta. Hopefully they can get me money back.
Wow, what would you think if your husband told you you're chocolate covered strawberries were better? Thought Edible Arrangements would have offered a better quality strawberry and better quality chocolate. Apparently not, according to the recipient of my Valentine's gift. Actually, when I picked up my order, I was disappointed as to the puny size of the berry.
I had to place a phone order for a local delivery. The employee was pleasant as can be and also helped getting this taken care of. I would order from again. A+++
Excellent friendly staff members. Highly recommend. Staff members are always willing to work with me to fulfill my requests, no matter big or small.
