It doesnt matter who you deal with at this place, from the front staff to the actual vet doctors themselves... Everyone has been just great to deal with. We have been to many vets over time and this place has by far been better than everyone else. It's a bit of a drive from where we live but well worth it.
After bringing our cat in who had a lump on his back and wasnt feeling well at all. Turns out he had an abcess thanks to a fight with another cat. Doctors explained everything and hopefully everything turns out well.
Rates were the same or better than any place else too. Best of all they are more personal and care about you and your pet. Unlike other vets that obviously you are just a number at.
Just an update, our cat is still doing great after their help and my mom is now a happy customer too. Truly a better vet than most.
We needed to have our four cats vaccinated with rabies and SVCRP shots and time was of the essence. Carrie answered our call and was so pleasant and accommodating and scheduled us that afternoon, even though it extended their work day by almost an hour. Dr.Jaime was so friendly and welcoming, as was her entire staff, that in the future, we would never consider taking our babies to another vet. They even checked on the status of our fur babies the following day.
The staff and the Dr were great.All Smiles and very helpful.They made my dog (COW) feel comfortable also.I would recommend them to all my friends with furbabies.
I can’t express my gratitude enough for Dr. Augenstein and all of her staff. We are fairly new to the area and needed someone we could trust to care for our Chiweenie. Not only did they show the utmost care and compassion, Dr. Auggie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of our concerns the night after major dental surgery. To Dr. Auggie and her staff... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Oasis Animal Hospital TRULY stands by their word.. “Treating your pets as part of the family”.
The place is great but they don't stick to the mask mandate to well.
