I have not yet brought my fur baby to the facility as of yet but I called with questions, and not Once but twice did Dr. Bower reach out to me. Im new to Vegas when it comes to C-sections for my babies and very concerned of the quality of services they will receive. I am looking forward to a great and positive experience!
The staff at Legacy Animal Hospital is always so helpful when I need my dogs records, or helping me when I forget the prescription for my dog. They are friendly and ready to help. I always appreciate them so much.
Too busy and the wait time is too lengthy. One time I spent over 3 hours waiting for my old dog to be seen. The doctor is great and I think he does a great job with all my dogs. The ladies that work there are okay. But they need to be a little more productive and helpful with customers. They usually are just talking and don’t update you or even notice that you’ve been waiting excessively. If I knew I wouldn’t have to wait so long to see the Vet, I’d return.
Caring vets and office staff. Dr. Bower has saved our dog from diabetes and Cushings. He’s a kind professional vet that has the pet’s interest at heart. There have been times that we’ve had hard conversations with him about what to do about our dogs health and he’s always been honest and helpful. He doesn’t have you do things just to make money.
