Deborah did the flowers and centerpieces for my backyard wedding in August of 2020! She was so flexible and worked with me since my original wedding was canceled due to COVID. She took a few Pinterest pictures and made my dreams come true! Everything was BEAUTIFUL and fresh! My flowers have been one of the biggest and most frequent complements about my wedding :) I highly recommend Deborah and her team!

We recently had our flowers and arrangements done by Tulips at Waters Edge and wow we were blown away. My wife's vision was truly brought to life and they went above and beyond on every detail to make our day special. Guests all commented on how it was the most beautiful arrangements they had seen at a wedding. Communication was easy and quick as well. Thank you from Chris and Tonya!

I would like to advise all brides using tulips as their florist to pay attention to the contract they are signing , and understand if you are forced to cancel the owner will charge you for consultation emails to make up for the loses even if you cancel months in advance. The owner is argumentative and does not care about emergency cancelations. I was forced to cancel my wedding do to the pandemic hardships I am facing. Tulips at first refused to refund all of my wedding flower payments, after having to consult with a family lawyer the contract indeed stated I was entitled to receive everything I paid for minus the deposit. I paid on time and gave plenty of time before any order was made and I was told I was not entitled to any money back and yelled at by owner even after fully explaining we are in pandemic and the flowers were not ordered there for there was no money lost or wasted. The owner kept my deposit and explained because I had went back and forth with emails (trying to social distance keep in mind) that the 500 dollars was to cover her email charges, even though contract did not state email consultations will result in extra payment. Brides learn this lesson from my experience, please make sure you read your contract and that you know choose a vender that isn’t going to rip you off.

The owner/designer went above and beyond to deliver a magnificent birthday creation for my mom's 89the birthday. The day after Mother's Day,nduring the pandemic, when flowers were few and far between, she went above and beyond to find the perfect flowers for a unique and glorious creation, (flower birthday cake you will never see anywhere else)! You will never be disappointed from Tulips at Water's Edge because the owner loves what she does and is an over the top, sincere designer.

I was looking for a Westbrook -local florist that had beautiful arrangements, delivered on the weekend and had online ordering. Tulips at Waters Edge had all three. I purchased a $50.00+ arrangement and they were delivered as desired for my mom's birthday. The pictures she sent showed a beautiful arrangement of bright blossoms. I would use them again in a heart beat! Thank you Tulips for making my mom's birthday special for the family, even though we are all far apart!
