I can’t thank you guys enough for the professionalism, the genuine care of animals, the efficiency, the sense of urgency you’ve displayed on our pets situation and your overall CARE!! We had previously gone to Boulder City Animal Hospital for most our past visits due to the convenience of living one minute away from them.. well let me tell you, don’t take your pet to a Vet due to convenience. Because regardless of how long we’ve been going to Boulder City animal hospital, when an emergency arises, they do not care and do not prioritize your pet unless you’ve booked an appointment a day out. We called Valley Verde Animal Hospital in a panic considering this was an EMERGENCY and IMMEDIATELY was told to come in, we drove our pup down there and they immediately displayed care, empathy and over all amazing care for our injured pup, which they took back right away! They were extremely thorough in their exam, didn’t abuse the situation financial, so they were fair with the pricing and also worked with us and from the care of the front desk staff to the Veterinarian, we HIGHLY recommend taking your fur babies to Valley Verde Animal Hospital! If you love your pets this is worth the drive. We will be back just for normal routine now, you’ve gained our loyalty! Thank you very much!!

Dr. Snead and his staff are so good with my Princess and Cesar. They use to get the shakes as I walked in but the Trust and understanding to get better has been very successful and they feel right at home. Thank God every day for guiding me to an Awesome and Amazing Dr. Who cares.

Very efficient/effective social distancing plan. Friendly, considerate staff. Right on time for everything. Love this place and 😏 it doesn't hurt that Dr. Snead and staff are easy on the eyes 🤪 The best part is that our birdies (green cheeked conures) didn't seem stressed at all. I'm thankful 🙏 *The pic is of Cleo right after the appointment in her travel cage, clearly calm and content.

When my previous Vet retired I thought I would struggle to find someone else. He is still a good friend of the family. He recommended Dr. Snead and while I expected a solid person based on his word, I was pleasantly surprised to find an exceptional person with a great attitude, a wonderful heart and very honest and direct. Since we've been taking our babies there, we've lost two to natural causes. He was honest and direct and knew that I would only do what the best thing was for our babies. He insisted we bring them in when he was there. He was comforting, understanding, and patient with us. Since losing them we have two new babies and we wouldn't take them anywhere else. His entire staff as well as his partner are all awesome. Highly highly recommend!!
