New owner, my bills have doubled (meaning, a lot more). Just found out that the prescription I picked up cost about 8 times at powder ridge as what it does at regular pharmacy or chewy.com. Checked out another one I am getting for another pet, same deal. Massive hike on the price. And it seems kind of presumed that I can afford a couple hundred dollars of blood work. While I may end up choosing to get it done, I certainly did appreciate Dr brooks' ability to be a vet even before blood work got done. And to set out some options for folks.nThe techs are generally great here, and Dr Falbowski is very good.
Exceptional, friendly, compassionate, accommodating practice. From secretaries to techs to the doctors, I cant say enough about. Very knowledgable staff and the prices are not like other veterinarian clinics. I can honestly say I trust my animals with them even though my dog can be not so nice without me. I wish I found them sooner but am glad I found them now. Highly recommend!!
We love this vet office. We switched from our old veterinary office a couple years back and absolutely love it. Polite staff and pricing is much more reasonable.
Curbside Service.. with numbered stalls and informative signs.nTechs are true animal lovers. Quick and Caring service. Due to COVID-19 precautions I cannot comment on Dr because I have never met him/her.nnSuggestions.. implementing a payment system that involves a method to bring to vehicles... just considering identity/banking safety.
I’ve been bringing my animals to powder ridge for the last 10 years and these guys are nothing short of amazing. Last November I had to have my best buddy put down. The costumer service and compassion are second to none.
