Don't buy from this store. Carmen will mess up your order and then call you a liar when you try to call and get the correct arrangement. And instead of giving you a refund or sending the correct arrangement, they will only give you a small discount on the arrangement you originally wanted. Making you spend even more money on their mistake! Horrible customer service! I will never buy from the Meriden store again and will make sure my friends and family do not either. Very disappointed.

I wouldn't give this location a star but, I had to. I do not recommend going here. They are very unprofessional women working the front line. I called in to place a order and under certain circumstances I had to cancel the order the next day, I was told my refund would be processed however, they did not tell me that the refund would not be processed until the manager came back from Vacation. I was rushed off the phone and just told 24-48 hours. I believe the girl I spoke with was Kaitlin- very rude, I'm sure if she could of hung up on me she would of. Most unprofessional- rude customer service.
