I am always grateful for how caring and compassionate Dr. Alice and Dr. Neil are not only to my animals, but to myself as well. My dogs look forward to going to see them, even when they're not feeling well. The staff there is AMAZING and I'm happy to have been a client of theirs for so long.

We just chose OLVH as our vet for our new dogs and could not be happier. I am so impressed with their care for our dogs and time they spend explaining what is going on with them. I would not want to go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Old Lyme Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Neil, Jenn and his staff. Enzo loves visiting them at the vet.nThis past Friday we found a lump under Enzo's neck and were very concerned as he is only 10 months old and basically developed it over night. They know how crazy I am as a dog mom and even though they were completely over booked, they did not send us to the Emergency Vet Hospital to wait in our car for hours. They allowed us to drop off Enzo, and they looked at him in between patients. He ended up needing to be operated on. The entire process they called us and kept us informed. When we picked Enzo up I was sent extensive emails detailing the different things the lump could have been, lessening my worries as it was tested.nWatching the wound drain and taking care of it over the weekend was tough, we had many concerns. Dr. Neil gave me a personal contact number and always answered my questions when I had them.nOld Lyme Veterinary Hospital absolutely is in the business of taking great care of animals, and that is their main priority.nI recommend them to anyone. They reassure me how much they love my dogs every time we go there.n11/10 recommend :)

The veterinarians and staff go up & beyond to ensure our pets are taken care of.nWould like voice extreme disappointment in the person who had an alleged experience with this wonderful practice has taken to the people's of lyme page to air their vendetta.
