I have never had a problem with this practice. They are the only ones I trust to thoroughly look over my dog. They know what they are doing and willing to help you out. I came here for years and wouldn’t have left if I didn’t move out of state. Would recommend to anyone.
Great care, liked that there were good detailed instructions for after visit care for our cats. One negative is the long wait times. Arrived on time then had to sit for an hour in the car before our pet was even seen. Cost id say is average.
Covid visit went smoothly. Was pleased vet came out to discuss treatment & techs were great as well.
A wonderful place. Dr. Phalen and all staff care so much about each animal they treat. They work with you, listen to your concerns and really try to get to know you and your pet. I was amazed at the time given to me from the Dr. regarding my cat Spooky, she was not only thorough and professional, but very compassionate. I feel Spooky, in his senior years is well taken care of at this facility. This facility also has enough staff and is run very efficiently.
Best office ever....Dr Smith is so caring and the staff is just wonderful. Had to put our family dog to sleep, heartbreaking, but the care and understanding we received made a difficult time easier.
