Dr. Kraut has been phenomenal all the years I’ve been visiting the office. All of my pets-from my frogs to my dogs. He’s the best, paws down! He treats the humans wonderfully. Explains until you understand. Will call exotic pet vets for things he’s unsure of (frog problems!). The staff and vets were exceptional when my Yorkie, Oliver died. They sent me his urn, a memorial coin, a bunch of flower seeds, a card signed by the whole staff. It was very kind and personal during an emotionally shattering time . If that’s not enough-he’s even better with the animals. He actually wants them to stay healthy, or get healthy. Dr. Kraut will be the only vet I ever use.
We love Dr. Kraut and his staff. My two little shitzus have been his patients for 10 years. At this past annual exam I watched Dr Kraut sit on the floor and hold them to make them more comfortable as he did their exam. They have always been there when I need them and I have always felt genuine concern and kindness.
As always, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent care to our dog(s).
