I could not have asked for a more compassionate and caring individual to get out family through one of the most difficult times in our life. His patience with me in particular was so important in determining the best coarse of action for our Oz. We can not thank him enough . I have NEVER had a veterinarian spend so much time and support an entire family after saying good bye to our pet.

We called Dr. Rebhun when it was time to say goodbye to our sweet girl. After speaking with him and explaining the situation, he made time in his busy day to be here for our girl so she didn’t have to suffer any longer. Upon arrival, he couldn’t have been more caring, understanding, and sympathetic. He is truly an animal lover that understands our animals are part of the family. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was incredibly gentle. He assured us we were making the right decision, even though it was the hardest decision to make. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Rebhun to any pet owner looking for a vet that cares about your pet as much as you do.nn-WS

Dr. Dave came to the house and was so calming and kind. It was the hardest thing for my sister in law to do. Cooco was her baby but it was time and he was suffering. Dr. Dave helped him to Passover so peacefully.

I cannot begin to say how absolutely wonderful Dr. Rebhun is, not only as a wonderful veterinarian, but as a kind compassionate person. We just recently (11-13-2020) had to make the heart wrenching decision to put our 16 year old Standard Poodle Molly to sleep. Molly was deaf, blind and suffering from advanced arthritis that made mobility extremely tough for her. She also started to become extremely anxious and was not sleeping well at night. I have never had to put any of my furbabies to sleep, they all have past on their own so the thought of having to make a decision such as this was devasting to us, but we knew that she was exhausted and had lost the quality of life she once had. We also felt she was suffering in silence every day. All this was not fair to her, but even with all this being said I was not willing to just drop her off at her veterinarians office, and sit in the parking lot while they put my furbaby of 16 years to sleep without me and my family there. I researched vets that made house calls and saw Dr. Rebhuns Mobile Pet Care service. I was impressed by all the 5 star ratings he had received but even more important and impressive was what people who had used him had to say..WOW!! It almost seemed surreal. I called Dr. Rebhun, got his voicemail and in a very short period of time he called me back. I quickly realized where his 5 star rating and wonderful, heartfelt reviews came from. He addressed every question I had, every concern I had and answered me with such compassion and respect. He never once made me feel rushed during our conversation or pressured to use him. We did have Dr. Rebhun put our Molly girl to sleep and he did it with such care and dignity to both Molly, myself and my family, and because he comes right to your home everyone in the family was able to love her, and hold her in our arms. I did not want to do this any other way and by chosing Dr. Rebhun, we didn't have to. Dr. Rebhun was also very accomodating to our very hectic work schedules. He made it all about us and accomodating us. Dr. Rebhun is the best kept secret as far as mobile veterinarians go. If anyone is ever in a situation that calls for a vet that goes above and beyond for his clients and his animal patients, make no mistake, you only want Dr. Rebhun. I can't say enough about him.he is kind,caring,compassionate,and he's not even my vet.but he was willing to come out to my house in Torrington to help my sweet boy cross over,( if i couldn't find anyone else) he talked with me a few times,assuring me that i was doing the right thing.i did find someone to come out to the house.and that night he called me to see how i was doing,never have i had that from any vet.he truly is a wonderful person.and anyone out Bristol way that has him,you are very lucky,i may just have to move.
