I give 1 star because the staff was extremely friendly there and made me feel comfortable as a first time dog owner! But when I brought my newly adopted puppy for his first physical I was told he was younger then the adoption agency told me he was and needed his vaccinations again because they wouldn’t be effective. As a concerned new dog owner, I contacted the agency I got him from and they told me he absolutely did not need those vaccinations again. I went and got a second opinion and he DID NOT need them. Do not recommend, I feel like they just wanted my money because they knew I was a new pet owner and I adopted a dog from a rescue.
I apologise - I was trying to leave a review for an animal hospital in Canton, NC. I don't see a way to delete my review so I am editing to say that I have no direct experience with this vet.
When Holly our 12-year-old miniature long-haired Dachshund developed a swelling in the right side of her snout, then lost interest in food or just about anything. We knew we needed to go see a vet quickly. Since moving to this area we did not have a vet and a neighbor recommended Canton Animal Hospital.nnI was so relieved when they said they could see Holly that afternoon.nnThe Staff and the Doctor were excellent. They looked at Holly's condition and the state of her health then put her on antibiotics for the infection. We then came up with a plan to get her fully recovered. She has already started to be her old self due to the meds.nnThe Staff and Dr. Goldman were very helpful and diligent in getting relief for Holly and Holly's whole family is very grateful for their help and support, we wish them as Happy a Thanksgiving as they have given us!nnGreat work!nnI highly recommend Dr. Goldman and commend the staff of the Canton Animal Hospital!
Called for information on making an appointment for my pup. Upon finding out this was the wrong location, the lady on the phone abruptly hung up on me. The person answering the phone should representative of your business...if this is the case I'm glad this didn't work out.
Very impressed with Dr Goldman and his staff. Friendly, caring and knowledgable. I really appreciate the care they've given my little IG as she recovers from her leg break.
