My mother in law just passed away and we had Vincent’s pick up the body. We made an appointment and not a walk in. We were greeted at the door by a gentleman and taken to an office. He made it a point to tell us ( wife, brother and sister in law and myself) that he was seeing 5 more families that day. He constantly looked at his watch. He wasn’t wearing a tie...shirt wrinkled like he slept in it and untucked. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Some advice...shop around, we did.
When I lost my aunt last month, I was devastated. Richard and his staff helped my family and I honor her. I would recommend his services to all of my friends and family.
