I could not have asked for anything more. My husband was treated with the greatest respect, looked so good, and the help they extended to our family during our grieving was was so kind. They had been extremely busy but still had time to treat us as if we were a top priority.
Billy and his staff are so accommodating and helpful. Our family has had to travel to Centerville twice in the last 8 months and Billy has helped us with all the arrangements. The personal touch he gave us was amazing. Everything went smooth and the services were beautiful. We can't thank him enough for helping us through the difficult times.
This place is cold hearted. If you pay the bill for their services you should get notified when remains are returned and I wasn't. I will go elsewhere for any other services of this nature.
Billy Thomas and his wife Erin are so nice to work with they make you feel at peace with whatever decisions you have to make and so very helpful in helping you make them one of the best in Centerville!!
