I have been taking my pets to Dr. Brenda and Dr. Britt for 16 years. I never leave reviews anywhere, but my experience with this clinic is so COMPLETELY opposite from Joseph G. 's experience that I feel compelled to leave my own comments here so anyone who chooses to take their precious companions to this vet clinic can be assured they are in the very best hands Helena, if not Montana, has to offer. This is going to be long, so thank you in advance for reading it, but I am literally moved to tears by the way I and my pets have been treated at this clinic. Of course, I could tell you my entire history with this clinic and it's staff, which has been nothing but stellar, however, I would like to focus on the last month during which time three of my cats all decided to fall to pieces at the same time. I gave the clinic little to no notice that my cats needed to be seen, and without fail I was able to get them in for some help. The staff spent ample time with me explaining everything I could possibly want to know. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me while I peppered them with all sorts of questions. And these were not simple questions either. I never once left unsatisfied or disappointed that I did not get to speak to one of the doctors because I got everything I needed from the techs, and most importantly I, unlike Joseph G., understand that a doctor's time is much better spent taking care of someone else's baby rather than answering my questions that can be handled by their more than competent staff. Dr. Britt agreed to see my cats on very short notice and after hours. He recommended sound advice that was in the best interest of my cat with a torn ligament. And he is a specialist!!! Usually they are impossible to get in to see but his willingness and flexibility proves that he cares and is dedicated and passionate about his profession. In sum, please do not let one person's perspective of their experience at this clinic rob you of the most caring compassionate clinic in our community.

The worst! In an emergency situation and they are comfortable with the clients they currently have and will not see my service dog. Clearly in the profession for the wrong reason!

I really loved this clinic for my last pet, Dr. Brenda was great and communicated well especially at the time of his death. I have since had 2 wellness exams for puppies at the vet, without even being able to talk with a vet. My dog had an eye injury, I had to drop him off, again no call from the vet, other than to pick him up. My pup was neutered today, I was also worried about hip dysplasia. The tech calls and says pick up the dog after 1 with no update on how he is doing. No communication on the hip, I asked them to call if they thought he needed an x ray. No call. The pup did get an x ray, after all, I asked to talk with the vet for one minute to the front office, it was like I asked fora big favor and it was a huge imposition. Brought the dog to the car, went back inside, asked to talk with the vet. I was upset with a charge when there was no communication . She was mad, I asked about the hips., and x ray. She did not see them or evaluate the gait. I informed her that communication was bad, and I could no longer go them because I I had not talked with a vet about my dogs the last 4 visits. Things have changed here significantly and I’m pretty disappointed . I guess I must be wrong, if I pay money, I should be able to at least talk to a vet for the service rendered. Now communication is only through the vet techs. I still have no status on the hips

Great vet clinic. Thorough, friendly and professional. They truly care about the health, happiness and wellbeing of your pet.

Absolutely wonderful place for our fur kids. Very very pleased with these Drs. Our Cody had to have an echocardiogram then surgery and it all went so smooth for both him and his worried parents...thank you to a great staff and Drs. Glenn and Audrey Davis
