Best place to take your pets. Very caring staff and vets. It may not be the most up to date office but they put 100% towards your pet.nnOnly been in Helena, MT for a few years and this was one of the most highly recommended vets in town. I can see why! Excellent care for my dogs and cat.nnThank you Bridger Veterinary Clinic for taking such great care of my pets!nnThe blanket lady!!! :)

We took our 14 year old dog, aka family member to the vet with stomach symptoms, loose bowls and lack of appetite. They kept our dog for 5 days and had little to no solid answers of what was going on! they only looked into a stomach issues and didn’t appear to investigate if there was anything else going on with out geriatric pup! Our dog still wasn’t eating 4 days into the hospital stay. I asked if we could bring him food and see if that helped they said yes... we got there for it to be a NO and you can’t see your dog... What.... it’s to much on them high of seeing owner, low when owner leaves. It was heartbreaking. A few hours later on day 5 Dr Travis said he’s eating.... he is chipper and spirits are good. Told us we could come get him. Now never did he tell us the dog had severe pancreatis we found that out a different emergency vet less than 10 hrs after discharge. Yeap we had to return to the vet. We called Bridger Vet and they wanted an emergency visit fee and blah blah. I refused to pay that told them they would see him point blank... and had the intention on taking him back to them when we decided there is no trusted relationship. We went to elk horn vet in Townsend and Kim was amazing. She took one look at him and the records and knew he was crashing not being on over meds. She got him comfortable and he is their care hopefully to recover but she had some honest conversation about what he could face... shame on Bridger Vet and Dr Travis for not being a more compassionate, animal and owner focused vet! By the way we get see out dog everyday while inpatient at Elk Horn! Highs and lows...nI don’t think so!

The best place ever have been bringing my horses, dogs, cats and chinchilla to them over 15 years! When I have had to put a pet down thier empathy and caring have made a hard experience as okay as it could possibly be.
