BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR EXOTICS! Dr. Sinclair has been taking care of my bunnies for the last couple years and every visit is a wonderful experience. She is so knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Even when my pets are sick, I trust that she will do everything she can with their best interest in mind. She truly cares so much!nnI know that both Bunz and Dippy are in great care under Dr. Sinclair's watch. We make the hour drive to and from this hospital because there is nowhere better to take them in our area. It is worth every mile and every penny. Thank you Kensington Bird and Animal Hospital for everything you do for exotics and other pets!
Dr. Kelley and the entire Kensington staff were fantastic! They provided exceptional and affordable care for my bearded dragon. I feel strongly that my pet received the best possible care and I really appreciate the unique combination of expertise and compassion offered by the veterinary team. I cant say enough good things about this place, this is where I will be taking my pets for any future veterinary needs.
I have brought every one of my pets here for many years. They just keep getting better. The staff really responds to the pets needs and takes care of the parents as well. I am so impressed how they function in these these crazy times. Safe, efficient, friendly, and reliable.
Was there for a first time. Since there are not many vets that take bird patients this one does. I was very pleased with the attention my daughter's budgie received, and the pricing was very reasonable.
It has been given years and I am still upset every time I see a picture of my adorable Quaker. I took her in for a wellness check to travel with her. The tech held her when the doctor examined her and Monk started to gag probably from being squeezed too hard. My bird died right there. The doctor was the most insensitive vet I ever dealt with. It was like a goldfish died. No sincere remorse. When I called the next day to ask for more information because I was still shaken by the incident, I was treated like an annoyance. I just saw a picture of sweetbMink on my picture video and want bird lovers to know this place is not the same as when Gideon was there.
