Due to covid 19 I was not able to view them do the wellness check. I wish I could have been inside with my dog Grace. Other than that the Vet Dr called me and answered all my questions. Staff was nice too.
Dr. Fiore was thorough and answered all of my questions. Techs and front desk staff were great too. This practice has reasonable rates.
These folks really care and priced great
My dog is 4 now, but has been going here since he was 10 weeks old. I called them when my dog was staggering and falling over and they did not have any emergency appointments available to take him. Recommended me to go to a place in West Hartford. Very sad and super disappointed in them.
I'm from out of town and Animal Hospital of Berlin made my experience seamless, stress-free, and reassuring. I was so worried about my cat, but they took extra precautions during the pandemic to ensure his safety, and got him on the track to wellness. So grateful for them. Highly recommend.
