Wonderful vet practice. Easy to work with. Stable staff which is important to me because that means they get to know your dog(s). They put a lot of care into each appointment.
Dr. Melendez and Vet Techs are great. Haven’t met Dr. Block but I’m sure she’s great. As for the receptionist maybe smile and be more open. My pets aren’t treated bad here, but unfortunately me the owner wasn’t treated to nicely. Have a few more appointments hopefully I have a better experience. I’ll be back
Great place, staff is pleasant and the Veterinarians very knowledgeable. This place is the best when it comes to your pets care.
They are the kindest coolest people in the business. They actually talk to you about your pet's needs and give you options on how to go about preventitives and surgeries. I trust them with my dog!! Plus, their prices are very very fair. I was surprised to get the bill and it be cheaper then most vets we've been to.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They clearly enjoy animals, their jobs, and get along with each other. They educate you thoroughly about your pet for problems large or small. Wait time is minimal if at all.nThis particular facility was one of only a few that stayed open entirely during the covid19 pandemic. Pet owners were not allowed in the facility. Pets were retrieved from cars and returned to cars once cared for. As of this review, midJuly, they are still open with healthy staff and clients.nUpdates, timely information, and educational tips are easily available on social media.nI highly recommend this business.
