This Newington Vet Clinic is really wonderful. I initially went to another vet when I moved to Newington but found that experience to be less than stellar. Then I found this Clinic on the Internet and also found out my former high school classmate is now a veterinarian and owns the business. Wanting to support her, I brought my cat in first for an issue he was having. All I can say is that I wished I had found them sooner because this business is the real deal. I then brought in my dog for a wellness check and his annual shots. The entire staff is professional, friendly, thorough and my pets are completely comfortable in their care. I have total confidence that they will always put my pets’ care as a priority and recommend them wholeheartedly.
I was very impressed how they conducted business during the pandemic. My poor little guy (Cat) was so very sick from a stomach bug. They gave options for me on how to go forward, gave him an injection with food to bring home and he was back to himself the very next day. The ladies in this office are all friendly and seem to love what they do. They followed up the next day to see how he was feeling. I am grateful for them helping him out and will use them in the future. Highly recommend
The only way to make our experience better would be if we could be with Stella while she was examined. But with Covid protocols in place, that’s impossible right now. Nevertheless, the staff and Dr. DeRosa made us feel very comfortable at Stella’s first appointment!
