just called Kim’s to place an order for a birthday arrangement for a friend who likes dark colors and such so I called and asked if she could do a black themed arrangement.. maybe with a dark or black case and some kind of dark or black flowers.. and the lady I spoke with simply said that she doesn’t really have anything like that… Instead of trying to consult with me and help me find a product that she could help me with she chose to just hang up the phone… Very interesting conversation. The person I spoke with was not helpful and in fact they were just dismissive. Very strange.
Kim did such a fantastic job on my wedding bouquets and boutonnieres! I went to her shop at the recommendation of my mom and showed her pictures of bouquets that I liked. I also needed to go with silk flowers because my husband is very allergic to pollen. They were gorgeous and the price was very affordable. She blew my expectations out of the water!
hoarder clutter and doesn't even look like a flower shop
Kim was wonderful. I stopped in mid-afternoon and asked if she could create a custom arrangement for me and related I was short on time due to an upcoming appointment . She asked me a few questions to better identify what I was looking for and I was out the door in 15 minutes with a beautiful assortment of fresh cut flowers that my wife was thrilled with. While Kim was working on my arrangement I noticed gift items around the store and asked about how she handles holiday gift items/packages and mailing them. She gave me a brief rundown and explained her process. I was impressed and will be using her expertise again. Kim is straightforward, easy to work with gave me good value and a great experience.
I had a great experience here. I hadn't realized the flower shop I normally go to closed and I needed flowers for mother's day. I walked in and requested an arrangement with just a few days notice. I will def be back!
