Always has what I need
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.nThe manager, Angelica, called me to try and resolve an issue on a purchase. She talked so much, and I didn’t even get to hardly explain my situation.nShe was arrogant, and talked down on me, and the issue was not resolved.nThe corporate office would do itself a favor, and get another store manager.nI spend a lot of money here, they just don’t care. Time to move on to other competitors.nnCorporate! With managers and store associates like this, it is just a matter of time, and your chain will be closed.nnAmazon, here we come.
Great place for you and your pet. Always personable employees. Also a great value on pet supplies.
Love this place. Has everything I need for all my animals! And curbside pick up is awesome. I can order anything I need and my husbands picks it up on his way home. Great deals, and price match is awesome!
I love that they price match with Chewy.com!! Staff are very friendly and super helpful! I drive over 30 min to go to this store because they are just wonderful!!
