Dr Kim has been caring for my animals since I was a child. Dr brooks is wonderful as well. They saved my Scottish Terrier many times. He had a few health problems. The day came when we had to put our little family member to the next life. The office was always compassionate and caring as always. I have been to this vet for over 10 years. I have never in all the years I have been going here have I had more problems than I did this time. My older dog was sick and I wasn't sure if it was just his time or not. I called a and was told to urine sample I did, I called a bunch of times to be told they were either part was in or the vet would call me back only to have no return phone call. When I finally got the phone call back I was told we needed to blood work. So I bring him expecting to pay with my Card Credit card only to be told no. I saw on there app that they accepted it so I questioned them they said they never took that card, I said well then I would have to pay with a check to be also told no. I had to leave until I was able to come up with a payment that they would take. which took me to Thursday. I then get the results from the blood work to be told he doesn't know what is wrong with my dog and would have the other vet call me Monday. Well in the meantime on Saturday I called them again regarding my dog, I was worried since he was really having issues falling again to be told the Dr. would call me back. I never got a phone call back. When I called then on Monday morning explaining what had happened and asked to speak to the vet. I was told that they would check with the vet and call me back when she called me back she was extremely cold and rude. My dog had to be put down I was crying and she was very short with me and rude. I would never let my dogs be seen at this place again. Its extremely said since they used to be a great place. be careful when you go here.

After a bad experience with another vet, Ragged Mountain Veterinary Hospital treated my dog with compassion and high quality care at a much lower cost. Dr. Brooks and Dr. Kimm are the best veterinarians in Connecticut. Highly recommended!

We have been going to Ragged Mountain for roughly 8 years plus and could not have asked for a better place, We have had different Vets and this one by far exceeds them, there kind, trustworthy and we absolutely love Dr. Kim and his Staff, what Dr.Kim has done for our Lance is beyond words and we thank you so very much, keep up the great work Caleb,Sue and Lance Support u and your Team.
