Not only are their flower arrangements stunning and made with love, the customer service experience is above and beyond. The lady I spoke with on the phone when ordering was extremely helpful and sweet. When my friend Adrienne received her delivery for her 30th Birthday today, she said a lady called her (in the pouring rain standing outside her apartment) and asked if she was home. Being that she wasn’t, the delivery lady was beyond kind enough to willingly go all the way to her work to deliver her present to where she was (again, without even being asked). So above and beyond and it’s truly appreciated! Such a genuine and caring company and we love to see it!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Raes Dillon Chapman Florist, you guys truly are the very best!!!
I am from out of town and took a chance when I googled ‘best florist’ in West Hartford Connecticut. Well I ordered two $75 funeral arrangements and had them delivered free of charge directly to the church for a very small immediate family service. Although unable to attend I received several phone calls to say the flowers were absolutely stunning! Now I must say I have ordered funeral arrangements from different florists over the years and I’ve never received that kind of feedback like I did with this florist!nOne arrangement was called the ‘heartfelt sympathy’ in all white. For the second one we discussed and decided on a Fall arrangement filled with lots of color, but I’m not sure what that one was called. They came in three sizes and I went with the smallest on both which apparently is still quite large and obviously very ‘showy’. Thanks again!
The bouquet looked even better when delivered than it did on the website. I will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommended.
Flowers arrived at my daughter's college on time and I was told they are beautiful. Thank you for helping to make her first Birthday away from home perfect. I will order from Dillon-Chapin again.
