I've received chocolate covered fruit for my birthday two years in a row from this location and have only had a great experience.nBoth times, I wasnt home to receive but it's nice to know that the drivers will call to confirm where the bags can be left. Last year, the driver offered to drop it off at my apartment's office building until I got home hours later.

I saw so many bad reviews I just had to give them a good one. I just sent an order to one of my professors in Virginia and got a hankering for some to go strawberries! I googled the closest one to my house, drove to this location, and ordered them on the spot. The lady was a little awkward but extremely nice. She was willing to give me a cone like I asked but I went ahead and went for 6 big ones instead! Not only was the customer service great, but FAST on demand, especially during COVID, I wouldn’t have expected it. Will definitely be coming back when I get more cravings for a quick treat! SHE ALSO ADDED TWO EXTRAS!

I don't understand why this location is still open. So many negative reviews.. My son ordered in advance a Mother's Day gift for me to be delivered May 10th 2020 and it never came. He called Monday, they said they would call back. They never did, he had to call back Tuesday. Finally received 5.17.2020. First berry I bit into was fermenting.. Cookies,. Not good.. I am sure every franchise has the cookie , tasted like Pillsbury refrigerated dough. For the price I would have thought quality would have been better.. Save your money..
