My husband got me a arrangement he knows I love them. First off fruit tasteless not ripe at all. He paid extra for chocolate dipped I got 2 strawberry with chocolate 1 banana 1 Apple piece. I love he got it but what waste of money. I had others that were beautiful and taste great. Never again from this place. And was mainly sour strawberries.

I ordered an arrangement a week in advance to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Not only was the arrangement never delivered, but I have spent the last 4+ weeks contacting the local branch as well as the corporate office trying to get my money back. I have placed at least 25 phone calls. Weeks ago I was told by the store manager that I should be receiving my money within a few days. This has not happened. This has been a colossal waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them your business. Should anyone at Edible Arrangement be reading this, know that I will be spending my time social distancing by writing reviews on every social media platform until you rectify this situation. ✌ud83cudffb

I ordered a few times from this location. Two pickups and one delivery and i have been very happy with the quality of the arrangements and the customer service. The location is great and parking is right outside the door.nnEdible Arrangements win over flowers every time!nnWe just got a second delivery from them. Fantastic strawberries and super sweet watermelon! Excellent overall!

I needed a last minuet gift Idea and a co-worker told me I should look into Edible Arrangements so I stopped in and got a great last minuet gift and the staff was so helpful and the store was clean and parking was very convent.

I'm very dissapointed with my order. I placed my order on tuesday morning and asked for it to be delivered before 2:30 pm on Valentine's day. The lady said she was gonna leave a note for the driver. Note that my husband's job is at walking distance from the store ( five minutes). He works at Whole Foods Market, on Wells st, and his shift ends at 2:30pm. Even though I placed my order in advance, and explained why I needed it to be deliervered before 2:30pm, the deliver was never made between the hours of 8am and 2:30. The delivery was made at 4pm, my husband was no longer there, is boss called us at home to ask what should they do with it. My hasband has the day off today, so he still hasn't seen his chocolate covered strawberries. I'll never order from Edible Arrangements again. When I try calling them yesterday, I called 10 times, they did not answer the phone, so I do not recoment their service.
