First of all the customer service was unlike any, she was extremely helpful with ordering and even more helpful with the delivery. I was texted a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery which I loved that part of the service! Last my wife absolutely loves the flowers they make our whole living room smell beautiful and look beautiful! Thank you guys again we will be back as returning customers!
Thank you Event Connoisseur! I was extremely pleased with the entire process from purchase to delivery. Ordering the flowers was easy and the prices were reasonable. I was called to verify delivery and the style of the arrangement. I bought a funeral spray for Memorial Day and they confirmed whether the delivery needed to be completed before a certain time. They even threw in the stand for no additional cost. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! I am appreciative for the great service and know my loved one is smiling down on the beautiful flowers.
Gorgeous plants amazing customer service.I live in New York City. I needed to send an orchid plant to someone in New Haven Connecticut. I found event connoisseur on a Google search. I ordered the orchid plant online.The owner called me and told me that I was sending the plant to a Destiination that was an hour away from their store. But she told me they could deliver it for a fee. The service was so personalized and the owner so lovely and the plants so beautiful the fees seemed small for that kind of service. When the plant was delivered they took a picture of it on the porch of the recipients home. This delivery was during Covid. I got a text with the picture and telling me how delighted my friend was. Just a great experience for me and my friend
Ordered flowers from Colorado for my mom in Glastonbury. Delivery was seamless and communication was perfect. Flowers are beautiful!
1st they are AMAZING!n2nd I called last minute for an arrangement for my grandmother who is losing her battle with cancer. Not only did they take my order last minute the bouquet was all her favorites and she got it delivered same day with no problemn3rd i cant say thank you enough!!!!!!
