I have had both of my dogs spayed/ neutered at this facility and have nothing but good things to say. Recently my 5 year old female dog was diagnosed with a uterus infection that required an emergency spay. After being quoted at the animal hospital a shocking $10,000.00, and my vet office being unable to help under little time, I had no where to turn. Nutmeg was both fast and friendly responding to my emails. They were able to help and give my dog the care she needed for $900.00. Without this facility, I honestly don't think my dog would have survived. It is extremely hard to find people that truly care about animals. It took this experience to teach me that. These people truly care and were able to save my dogs life. I am forever grateful for the staff and doctors at this clinic.

These people don’t answer and honestly it is extremely unprofessional. Its like no one works there or something. I have been consistently trying to get an appointment for three months and still waiting for someone to answer my emails and phone calls. Don't waste your time. They wasted my time and my poor cats are still suffering- which is heart breaking. These people don’t care about animals. Now i have to find a new place to go to because i can’t watch my cats suffer any longer than these people have already have made them... ridiculous and inhumane.

Got the spray done. Cat has issues with blood in her urine, I called and they immediately said go to another vet and since the incision isn’t open it’s not on them. Payed 250 on vet fees following with no response on possibility of nicking the cats bladder or follow up. STAY AWAY. You get what you pay for and for 95$ they are running your animals through as assembly line. So many other great places to go to. Once you pick up your animal THEY DON’T CARE

Must have called 20 times today. The recording tells you that you'll be transferred to a voicemail in 2 minutes if no one picks up.....which is silly. I left voicemail, and emailed and didn't hear back in hours. So i kept trying to call. Was trying to see if I could sneak in for an appointment this weekend, so I continued to call. Everytime I'd call, the recording says I was the first call in the que. Seems that just no one picks up the phone at this place. I called the place in Danbury and a woman answered right away first time I called.
