I personally had a great experience with Brandon and with the storage of our winter plants. We had 1 or 2 that did not make it, but he offered to replace them or refund me. He ended up replacing the trees and bringing us an extra one for free. See you again in the fall!
This business is a scam. The proprietor took our money, and upon returning at the scheduled time to pick-up our plant, he was not on-site. The greenhouse where our plant was stored smelled of rotted plants. Another woman on-site (who uses the same greenhouse complex, but is NOT with CT Palm), said she had seen our plant in poor condition all winter and the owner was rarely onsite. Communication from the owner was severely delayed throughout this process. Do not recommend.
Rented palm trees during a “Summer in the Winter” art show event. They had a good variety. It was a tad bit pricey but in the end totally worth it. Everyone absolutely loved them. They were delivered right on time as promised. Really cool company. I can definitely see myself using them again.
I can't get over how beautiful the palm trees were that we rented from here! The service was great! Brandon and his group were easy to communicate and they did the best job! By far the best garden center in CT. I am definitely renting my palm trees from them every year!
