Mark always gets me in as quickly as possible, which I appreciate. Once there, the atmosphere is friendly, professional and relaxed. They clearly love caring for animals.
I had a terrible experience with Ridgefield Animal Hospital before I even arrived at the building. When I scheduled an appointment for my cat, the receptionist was very short and rude. He REFUSED to tell me his name and would not try to find an appointment that would better fit into my schedule. In his words, if I can't make the earliest appointment they have, then that's my problem. Will NOT be returning.
Have been coming here since 1990!!!!! Our dogs were always treated well and professionally! It feels like family in the best sense of the word. I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. We have NEVER had a problem with Dr. Heidinger and/or the staff! They have always been on call when needed.
Loving and compassionate staff. Dr. Heidinger is excellent. Has been our vet for over 25 years.
