The front desk team, the techs and the doctors are so kind and thoughtful. We have been going there for 10 years and we really appreciative having such a skilled team taking caring for our dogs. Also, the hospital is extremely clean and organized. They always follow the new Covid protocols. Last month we, unfortunately, had to put our beloved Floyd to sleep. Somehow they made the experience a peaceful and caring one. They were so respectful of our feelings. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Fitzpatrick, Priscilla and Jenny for their support through those diificult times. Thank you to all of the dedicated team at Fairfield Animal Hospital!
Even though there was a long line waiting to retrieve their pets or drop them off at the hospital, they were so friendly and helpful on the phone and came out within 10 minutes to bring me my two kittens who had been spayed and neutered they gave me wonderful instructions and work extra professional and extra friendly I really had a wonderful experience with New Fairfield animal hospital, especially Deanna who helped me on the phone
Dr. Fitzpatrick saw my newly adopted dog this past week. Though I couldn't go inside with him due to COVID restrictions, she spoke with me after the exam, giving me plenty of her time to get all my questions answered. I really appreciated that, and felt he was in very good hands. :-)
I have been coming here for many years. I love the staff and the vets they have. Thank you for all that you do.
We recently brought our sick 3 year old cat here after being brushed off by another vet. And being told that she would have to be put down soon.nFrom the inquiry phone call , to the initial visit , to the follow up phone calls . The care she has received and love was more than we could have asked for.nShe is now more playful than ever and has regained her energy and is acting like a 3 year cat should ...thank you guys from our entire family ..!! And love Minx !!
