So friendly! All around this is a wonderful place. Both of the doctors are so helpful and accessible. My family and i have been coming here for years and will continue to be patients here for a very long time!
I had a good experience here in my 9+ years in Kalispell. The desk staff saw a fair amount of turnover, and some were better than others, but Dr. Savage was a pleasure to work with. He always took time to call or talk with me and explain things clearly and carefully.
Recently I had an emergency with my dog and called this clinic during business hours. I have been going to this Vet for 3 years. They would not help my dog and referred me to the emergency hospital 30 minutes away. I will never go there again and would not recommend them to anyone. They are always way too overbooked and it's been difficult to make appointments for my dog in the past. They have too many patients and can't serve them properly.
Dr. Savage has seen my dog for 9 years and my old dog for 12. He is the most compassionate vet you would ever meet. The staff is excellent and caring. Highly recommend!
