All Creatures Veterinary Clinic

Everyone is very professional. Keeping business open during these COVID times is commendable. They are handling the demands safely, professionally and with lots of patience. I'm extremely appreciative as I'm sure others are. One of my dogs is recently requiring a lot of medical attention so it's nice to know we will be accommodated.

Both times I've taken our critters here haven't been the greatest vet experience. The first time, the vet tech seemed genuinely afraid of our cat and handled him (in my opinion) very roughly. When I took one of the cats for shots yesterday, I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time before someone came to get him. I know times are crazy right now but I also watched two other people drop their pets off and they were received almost as soon as they pulled in (after I'd been waiting). This was definitely frustrating but ultimately, what can you do? It did only take a few minutes for the shots once they got him, and the doctor was lovely as always.

My herd of dogs has been here for a year now. The staff has been courteous and helpful. The prices are fair and appointments usually quick once I was returning customer. Always seems super busy.

Oh my goodness!!! This place. We have an exotic, a sugar glider to be exact. We woke up around 0100 in the morning, went in to check on him (we had only had him about 4 days), he had not eaten his fruit (this boy LOVES some watermelon) and had not been out. We took him put of his and his right eye was swollen. We got him to eat a bit, put him back up and went back to bed. I got up at 0800 that same morning, called the clinic and they set me an appointment on an already full schedule! We knew we wpuld have to wait, which was fine, we were worried sick. We got there at 1530 (appt time was 1545), parked and called to tell them that we were there (no one is allowed in clinic except pets because of COVID). We only waited for about 20 minutes. Someone came out, asked a few questions, and whisked our boy away. About 15-20 minutes later, they brought him back out in his little pouch with some antibiotics and again, the gentleman asked questions about our boy, as if he were genuinely interested. The staff was amazing, the prices are great and we will be making this our glider's vet. They are wonderful!!!
