They always take good care of our dogs. Very happy with their care.
Don't think Dr. Schaefler or the assistant could have made the visit any better. Rudy was relaxed and not anxious there. I also appreciate Dr. Schaefler calling Just Cats to check up the last visit.
My cat Rosie is the love of my life. I have others but at 73, she's the only one I sleep with these days. I TRUST New Canaan Veterinary to almost love her as I do. They are gentle and empathetic. They HEAR both Rosie and me when we say something. They're the best. Oh yeah - they're friendly too.
The team at NC Vet have been looking after our dog for 10 years. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and professional, and the level of care we receive from both the veterinarians and the staff is excellent. The practice is extremely well-run. We also appreciate the in-house grooming, which is not only convenient but highly recommended as well.
Always available, always helpful, wonderful staff and not to pricey compared to other vets near me.
