Edible Arrangements

My Mothers Day order was a mess. They ran out of fruit. Asked If I wanted to substitute with a different fruit. I said Pineapple. My Mother said the pineapples were so sour. They were not ripe thats why. I want a partial refund. Quality and service has changed significantly since last year. Don't think I will order again.!

Its a shut down due to Corona, and they r still taking orders, so i ordered a delivery for my little niece's birthday since my family can't be with her to celebrate her special day. Delivery instructions clearly said morning delivery and when i called, i am told it will be delivered sometime today...our driver is out with first round of delivery and after he is back he will do 2nd round of delivery. Will be definitely delivered before end of day... paid for a big bouquet for morning delivery not evening delivery.

My order never got delivered. They sent a fake “delivered successfully” email. The person I spoke to about this over the phone said they would contact the driver to straighten it out, but never followed up. Worst customer service. Nothing was solved and no refund was given.

Had two birthdays on the same day at work, but in different departments. The edible arrangements came on time, and looked amazing. A nice change from the typical cake. The fruit was sweet and colorful.

so I take my co-worker to order something for his wife's birthday coming up and stayed waiting 15 minutes no worker's around to take the order finally after another 5 minutes the worker appears ands says I'm sorry but had the look on her face like it's 6 o clock and I don't wanna work anymore.. smhud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14 I told him to call and speak with the manager
