North Regent Animal Clinic

First I have to say that my husband took his 2 dogs for over 10 years with Dr. Gardner and he was always very good and reliable. We adopted a puppy a few months ago and decided to go with him for my puppy’s shots and everything. The stuff was not good at all. I try to be razonable thinking they had a lot of work but that shouldn’t be a excuse. We got my puppy his 3 set of shots there. They never explained what was in them or anything. They tested my dogs for worms and told me he was clean and everything was negative then he was actually pooping warms and concerned I called the vet and they told me it was normal because of the medication for fleas and I should not worry about it. We were away for a week and he keep pooping warms and not feeling well so we took him to the vet and they didn’t even know what to say to me. After explaining them a few times that I called before and what they told me they told me it wasn’t normal and he needed medication. How do you trust a vet after this? I was very unhappy about this and I found out that another doctor was taking over from Dr. Gardner. The service and stuff was bad I feel like they never care about my dog. We look for another vet and ask for my dog’s medical recordnto find out they missed some of the boost of the shots.nnI never write reviews but I think this is important. We take our pets to a vet hoping they care and they do what is best for them and I will never recommend this place again. I don’t know if is the change of doctor or what but this was a bad experience.nnAlso, over price.

Love doctor Gina and her stuff they are awesome. They truly care so much for our furkids and treat them like there own. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Gardner and his staff are Amazing!! I have been using North Regent Animal Clinic for over 23 years and My Partner has been using them for about 30 years!! The level of Care, Concern and Compassion is unbelievable. They Are A Blessing!!
