Well-run during COVID-19. They took my animal right in and stayed in good contact during the exam while I was outside. Excellent veterinary staff. The vet called me the next day with lab work results and addressed my concerns. Highly recommend.
The Harbor Burger Bar is a friendly happy place. Clean, good lighting and tasty food for singles and families alike. During these stressful covid days, my husband and I decided to get some libations to go. With a smile on their face, the bartenders filled plastic cups with magical ingredients that made the stresses of the day go away.
I run Hopalong Hollow which is a large rabbit rescue in Norwalk, Connecticut. I’d like to publicly thank Poster Animal Hospital for always being there when we need them. The doctors and staff are amazing. Professional, kind and gentle, not to mention wonderful diagnostic skills, surgical skills and great follow up. Being responsible for 100+ animals is made much easier for me knowing that I have such a competent vet hospital at my disposal. They have always been there for me when I need them for both routine Procedures and emergencies. I also would like to say I find their pricing is very reasonable! Definitely five star!
Very rude staff. I called because there was an emergency with my rabbit going into stasis so I wanted to come in and they said no so I tired explaining that I need to come in anyway because it's an emergency and they just kept making excuses. And I made an appotiment then they canceled the appotiment without even telling me. Very rude staff not taking me for an emergency and then canceling my appotiment AND threatening me with the police if I show up! I've never been so insulted in my life! A poor excuse for a medical profession. Absolutely disgusted with them. Would never recommend them to anyone.nnReplying to Poster: No thank you. I don't want to contact you and have the police called on me. I don't wanna go anywhere near the hospital either. I'm not looking for any trouble. I don't like being threatened by a doctor. This was a very scary and traumatizing experience that I would rather never relive again. I wanna move on and live my life away from this kind of negativity. I've never had to write a bad review about a business and I personally don't like doing it. I would rather we just all get along but I'm afraid that's too late with Poster Animal Hospital. Dr. Schunk was INCREDIBLE with my cat. Needed last minute surgery. Staff was friendly and professional. Very reasonable and honest pricing. Highly recommend.
