The flowers i ordered and paid for a funeral are not the ones that were delivered. I ordered Among the Stars. But a variety of carnations and roses were delivered. I didnt get a phone call stating the ones I ordered were unavailable, no notification at all.. When I called the flower shop, I was asked to call back because the owner wasn't there. This went on for 4 phone calls. I do not recommend this place. It obviously doesnt matter what you order and pay for because they do whatever they want.

This is the best florist! I use them for weddings, funerals and personal events and highly recommended them! They do the best work. I ordered a ducky delight bouquet for a friend in the hospital after the birth of her new baby, specifically for the duck vase, as it has special meaning to our friendship. I read the substitution policy, which I accepted, as it states something similar would be sent, of equal or greater value, if unavailable, however, what they sent my friend was not even remotely close to my original order, and it certainly was not equal or greater value. I paid $72 and instead of daisies, they sent cheap carnations, the vase was tiny and tacky compared to the nice big duck in my original order. It looked like a child painted it, and had no relation to a duck, which was the whole purpose of the ducky delight when placing the order. In addition, I specifically didn’t sign the card, as it was not only from myself, but a group of friends who all pitched in, and it was supposed to be a surprise, yet Rudy’s took it upon themselves to put my name on the card, which ruined the gift even more. I have never been so dissatisfied with a florist in my life, and I will never order from here again, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone.
