FAMILY FLORIST

I was sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers and they arrived today. I was speechless! The delivery was perfect (and so friendly!) and the bouquet was absolutely breathtaking! I will recommend Family Florist over and over again!

I know times are a bit crazy right now, so going into having flowers delivered right now I knew to be as patient as possible. Unfortunately, my experience with Family Florist fell flat, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I had placed my order online over a week ago, to guarantee my bouquet be shipped on time. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday (5/9) to my mother, but nothing had arrived. I called the next day to check the status of the order and the person over the phone seemed to have no clue what I was talking about. Seemed extremely frantic and unorganized, not even needing a confirmation # to look up my order, but instead asked me to personally text them the information from my conf email. I found this extremely strange to do, especially from a professional standpoint. I had not heard anything back from them at all, so I called again to request a refund, but felt like anything I said over the phone was just a nuisance to them. I was talked to in a very rude manner, feeling incredibly dismissed and not feeling like any of my concerns were met. I was promised a refund, but do not feel quite confident in the follow up of that conversation at all. I hope this establishment can do better next time, as I will not be ordering flowers from here again.

We had an issue with our order but the team was quick to fix the situation and get the right flowers delivered.

Worst florist ever. Delivered 2 dozen Anniversary roses on the wrong date. Called to complain & they promised to send another dozen on the correct date... NOTHING received. Totally unreliable. Use another florist.
