The best! A HUGE thank you to Maria who made my wedding beautiful and was also very good about staying within budget. She was able to take my vague description of what I had in mind for my winter holiday wedding and turn it into a spectacular reality. I loved every detail and got many compliments from guests. Maria is very easy to work with, helpful, accommodating and overall amazing to work with.

I visited this florist shop on January 23rd. I was going in to purchase a flower arrangement for my dad's funeral which took place on January 25th. I was specific to the type of arrangement I had wanted, provided the address of the church and the time the arrangement needed to arrive.nnFirst, the person that took my order could have cared less and shared no condolences.nnSecond, on the day of the funeral I had noticed it was a little after 9:00 and the arrangement had not arrived. I called the shop and instead of receiving sincere apologies...I was given attitude. The person I spoke with said they would be able to get the arrangement to the church by the 10:00 start time of the service. The arrangement arrived at 10:40 - during the middle of the deacon's sermon. Totally embarrassing.nnI did not receive a follow up phone call with an apology.nnI actually went back to the florist and demanded a full refund - which they did do and apologized after the fact. Too late.nnI will never recommend nor purchase flowers from this store again.

The customer service there is great. They are very inviting and have lots of ideas
