I recently received from Hansen's Flower Shop the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. Everything about the arrangement was magnificent: the design, the quality , the colors and the variety of flowers. This arrangement is the most beautiful and unique arrangement I have ever received. The customer service at Hansen's was extremely impressive also. I called Hansen's wondering the name of certain flowers unknown to me in the arrangement . I was called back by the designer of the arrangement who identified the ones I asked about. What gifts I have received: gorgeous flowers artistically arranged and an informative and wonderful conversation with Hansen's talented floral designer. I appreciate Hansen's Flower Shop very much.

I absolutely love this flower shop! Everyone I met there was so accommodating and knows exactly what they are doing. All of them are knowledgeable about what flowers fit for the occasion. Beautiful, fresh flowers and of great quality. I highly recommend this flower shop to everyone.

My experience was disappointing. The deluxe bouquet I ordered came out pretty standard. It did not resemble the deluxe image shown on their website. Now we know not all flowers are always available from these websites but Hansen did not use higher quality flowers as replacements.nWhen I shared images (my bouquet vs. the website image) with customer service and explained my disappointment they offered a discount. I explained that I did not want a discount. I wasn’t trying to get money back or a refund. I wanted the bouquet fixed as it was for a very special celebration. After explaining this, they ignored my emails and dropped the complaint. If this is how customers are treated, I’d stay away.

We used Hansen’s for my bridal flowers for our simple backyard wedding - 3 bouquets and a boutonniere. I talked with Nancy via email and showed her a picture of what I was looking for, and she really delivered. The flowers came out beautifully, and they look amazing in our pictures!
