Terrible people. Rude and disrespectful. At a time when I needed support and understanding the owner was rude and called me names. Utterly disgraceful.

It is with great honor and humility that I submit this review of Bosak’s Funeral Home and Creamation. On August 1, 2020 our family lost a well loved and cherished man. From the moment we stepped in the door to make arrangements until the moment we picked up the urn, we were treated with dignity and respect. The patience shown to our family through this whole process was unlike any of us thought possible. We were supported through the whole process, which is very rare, but even rarer during covid times. Jerry, Rick and the entire staff sat with us while we cried, we mourned, and we celebrated the life and legacy of this great man. I would not think twice about recommending Bosak’s to people facing a similar experience. While many of us hope we never have to face the process of losing a loved one, it is unfortunately inevitable. I know that if you choose Bosak’s you will not be disappointed by the care and support provided throughout your process.

Bosak Funeral Home & Cremation treated us like family. They helped my family through an extremely difficult time. Lee was very understanding and supportive through the whole process of planning our loved ones services. The staff was compassionate and attentive to our family during the services. We are eternally grateful.

Words cannot express how compassionate everyone was at the time of need. Jerry and the team listened, helped and assured that all would be in great hands. The minute you walked in it felt like home. Very friendly and clean facility. Thank you!

I was there today !nMy relative past awaynI send flowernI received a confirmation from the flower store that my flowers were delivered at 1:45 pmnHer service was from 2 to 6nI get there at 2:30 and couldn’t find my flowers I get to the phone to call the flower store and they told me again flowers were deliver at 1:45 , well I go up to the lady who was sitting in the front desk and ask her about my flower , she ask my name and I told her and she open a closed in the hallway and my flowers were there , At 4 :15 pm , she got them out and dint even say sorry ... so if you are sending flowers there pls make sure she gets them out on time . See was to busy with her phone to take them out , and dint say a word to us .....
