I cannot say enough positive things about this veterinary office. They are EXCEPTIONAL. Truly animal lovers and experts who are compassionate and kind, they are professional but down to earth, and they are reasonable for what all they do.nEvery single pet owner within driving distance of this practice should make the effort to have your pet in their care. They have and continue to amaze us. And we are so grateful for how many times they have helped our pets.

10/10 Dr. Power is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Best vet we’ve been to in CT thus far. Came outside multiple times to discuss our concerns. Cares deeply about not only our pet but also not spending unnecessary money. Explained everything, was patient with me, answered all my questions. Extremely professional & timely!!

We adopted a 2 year from a shelter about a month ago. She was having intestinal issues that we were struggling with. Although the first appointment was not available for weeks, the staff spent a lot of time on the phone with us talkling through a strategy for getting her well. It worked perfectly and she is doing great. We have now had our visit. The staff and doctors were wonderful, caring, have great protocols in place to limit contact during our visit. We took our dog Brandy to Bethel Village Square Animal Hospital for almost 10 years. Now we have Ruby and she’s seen Dr. Paulin & Dr. Power since we brought her home last July. The entire staff is courteous and caring and I love the way they treat Ruby. She loves it too! I find them professional, knowledgeable and caring and highly recommend them.

I have used this practice for thirty years now and have had good experiences. The doctors and staff have shown care and compassion for all visits, healthy, sick, and yes, those final visits we never want. They are wonderful.
