Although I didn't visit, I was in search for exotic pet vet for my bearded dragon that needed attention immediately. They were helpful to provide referrals and also called me back to check if I was able to find him one. Thats exceptional these days.

I am new to town and had booked an appointment for one of my dogs and during that appointment they found ticks on him and I purchased the medicine for him. The next morning I called and asked if I can schedule an appointment for my second dog to get checked for ticks because obviously if one of my dogs has ticks the other probably does too. She looked up my appointment the previous day for my first dog and pretty sure she could check that I only had one dog under my name if she wanted to. Anyways, she said no appointment was necessary that between 1-4:30 they do express tick checks. I came and called them and the lady told me she couldn’t help me that they only do that for existing patients or if we had an appointment. I explained to her I tried to schedule an appointment and the lady had told me to just come during their tick checks around that time. I used my lunch break to come take my dog and me and my boyfriend are leaving the next day to another state for an extended period of time for business. Now we have to have his mother shut her store down to take him some time soon while we are away. I wish they could have been more thorough in the beginning and would have made me an appointment like I had asked or if there were none available I could have checked other vets around the area. Disappointed in the experience.
