I received a call approx at 3:00 pm stating they were so sorry but the flowers were never delivered to the church the girl made a mistake and put the delivery in for Tuesday, told them nothing was going to fix this. I then received a call on Tuesday and was told they were delivering to the house because they had other flowers to go there also.... At this point I could care less of what they did, they made a bad situation even worst. Well on Tuesday afternoon I checked with my cousin.....NO FLOWER DELIVERY.... I called them and asked about the flowers the girl who answered said they were delivered maybe the driver went to the wrong house REALLY, that should not have been said.... I called back again later on and spoke to someone else, I was told the flowers were not delivered because she wanted them to be SPECIAL and was waiting for the fresh flowers to be delivered and they would be delivered on Wednesday 9/16/2020. I spoke to my cousin after 5 pm NO FLOWERS.................Need less to say today is Thursday 9/17/2020 the owner was suppose to call me still have not heard from anyone, I also requested my account to be refunded, which I should not of had to do, still have not received that...... I have never ever heard of such a thing in my life. Four days later still getting excuses. I would never order anything from this florist again, and most of all would never place an order for a wedding or funeral. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else......This florist does not deserve to receive one star..

My flowers were not delivered on promised date. Furthermore I was not told that they wouldn’t be. The excuse given was that the delivery persons car broke down. I was told that they use their own personal cars by the owner. After she told me that she also told me that her employees left early because “they had nothing to do”. Yes, they could have delivered my flowers. And secondly that means that there were at least two cars and I’d been told only one was broken down. Regardless, not an excuse.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Did not make the delivery of flowers on the delivery date as well as lied about making an attempted delivery. This is after numerous confirmations Made about the delivery date.

I literally just left this place. They are so friendly and understanding. Being a single mother of a 7 yr and 13 month old, i only had $35 to spare for flowers. I needed them in a vase also as it was for a 2nd grade teacher. They put together the most beautiful batch of flowers i have ever seen. My daughter even found a flower she fell in love with and they put that flower in the bouquet as well. I will surely be going back for any of my flower needs. They rang up the total as $33 bc of tax. It came out to $35.10. I ended up finding another doller and added it to my total, with them just giving me back the dollar and not even taking it for the 10 cents!
