Troy could not have been better to work with. In our hardest time, he was kind, gentle, and went way above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. My wife and I are so grateful for all they did for us. We hope we never need to call them again, but most certainly would not hesitate to call Austin Funeral Home if needed.

My experience with Austin Funeral Services was always done with a gentle and understanding manner. We had decided to make our arrangements ahead of time, unknown to us that one of us would be passing within the very next year. Their professional assistance was so reassuring especially since our experience occurred during the COVID-19 Quarantine. I will always be so very thankful for their followup and concern.

The staff at Austin’s was extremely helpful with all the details surrounding the death of my Mother. They really eased our burden at a difficult time.
