Very loving, kind, supportive, as we had to have our precious dog euthanized. We've seen several vets over the years and they're our favorite! Highly recommended.

We used this vet for over 10 years, then the California invasion of Idaho $$$$ changed their entire outlook, and they started becoming big cash California Prima-Donna Dog groomers, not doctors. If your dog is over 8 years old, do not go here unless its for grooming. They act like any age over 8 is a waste of time, no matter why. Ours was given the weakest antibiotic on record for a staff/abscess infection, totally the wrong medication, then denied additional care until we literally forced them, and she died drowning in her own fluids due to lack of proper care. Other vets we talked to said it was inexcusable to ignore the dogs health issues and give her a antibiotic for a scratch instead of the proper medications. Due to the heavy influx of Californians cash into Idaho it has become almost impossible to get another vet for our dogs. We now drive over 400 miles to get a doctor in New Mexico where the Dogs health, not its looks, is important.
I was traveling from Oregon back home to Texas on Thursday 8/20/2020, and my dog became ill with pancreatitis. I called to try to get her in as she was very sick and needed seen immediately. I was told that they were busy and since I did not have an appointment, they would not see her. I told the receptionist that’s she had pancreatitis and needed to be seen and she said sorry, you’ll have to call someone else. My dog died a few hours later. This veterinary office is clearly not interested in helping sick animals and I will be filing a complaint with the Idaho board of veterinary medicine!
